Plaza Rental Contract

We can not stress enough how crucial it is that you read this entire contract!
Those groups and individuals that have rented the theatre and encountered problems almost universally had trouble because they did not read the contract that they signed and said they were unaware of its contents and conditions.
Please be sure you have the MOST CURRENT copy of our rental contract. The date and time it was last updated is listed on the bottom of each page.
The most current version of the contract is time stamped as of:

If the date and time at the bottom of your contract pages do not match this, then your contract is out of date and you will need to download an updated copy before submitting it to the Plaza. Outdated contracts submitted to the Plaza will be returned (along with your deposits) and no date will be secured until the correct contract is submitted.
