The Plaza Theatre does not give out verbal quotes in person or over the phone. We do not do this as there are FAR too many variables that determine what your final rental price will be for us to create an accurate verbal quote. To obtain a quote, you must complete and submit this online form. This is the ONLY way to get a quote.
As a guideline, the absolute minimum cost to rent the Plaza Theatre will PROBABLY be around $500.00 - $750.00 for 8 hours in the space on a single day using the basic lighting setup with no changes and a simple audio setup (a mic or two and playback from CD). We do not rent the space for less than 8 hours as any one event during the day knocks out the ability of other events that day. We can not get any more exact in terms of cost until the online form is submitted.
Your quote will be valid for 15 days. After that, it is subject to change.
Receiving a quote does not reserve a date for your event and is not a contract for services and rental between the Plaza and your group or organization.
The Plaza Theatre reserves the right to approve or disallow all rentals of the Plaza based on their content, appropriateness to our community, adherence to local, state and federal laws and statutes, and for the safety and maintenance of the building, it's contents, and potential Patrons.
